الخدمة تشمل:
• الغسيل الخارجي: يتم على مرحلتين الأولى غسيل بشامبو مخصص لغسيل السيارات لازالة الأوساخ والاتربة لايترك بقع وآثار الصابون ويمنع حدوث الخدوش ودوائر الغسيل، المرحلة الثانية بإستخدام مادة waterless لزيادة النظافة وتعزيز اللمعة وتقليل التصاق الغبار على سطح السيارة.
• تنظيف الديكور الداخلي
• تكنيس الداخلية
• تكييس الدعاستين الأمامية.
• تلميع الكفرات.
• كيس نفايات
• تعطير
• يتم استخدام فوط مايكروفايبر ناعمة للغسيل والتنشيف تمنع حدوث الخدوش بعكس الفوط المعتادة..
• الخدمة لاتشمل غسيل المراتب والسقف والأرضيات.
• الخدمة لاتشمل إزالة آثار ملصقات أفلام الحماية من هيكل السيارة.
• - كيف اعرف حجم سيارتي؟
 الصغيرة:
تشمل السيدان الصغيرة، الهاشتباك، الاكسنت، الالنترا، الكورولا، الصني ومن في حجمها..
الوسط :
تشمل السيدان الأكبر حجماً.. الكامري، الأكورد، السوناتا.. ومن في حجمها.. وكذلك تشمل السيدان الفخمة، لكزس BMW مرسيدس..الخ
الكبيرة:
وتشمل سيارات الجيب بأنواعها والسيارات العائلية.
 أوقات العمل :
• يتم استقبال الطلبات من الساعة ٩ صباحاً حتى ١١ مساءً، أي طلب بعد الساعة ١١ مساءً يتم جدولتها على اليوم التالي، سيتم الاتصال بك صباح اليوم التالي.
إخلاء مسؤولية :
• ادارة التطبيق ومزود الخدمة غير مسؤولين اطلاقاً عن أي مفقودات داخل السيارة وفي حالة فقدانها لا يتحمل التطبيق او مزود الخدمة ادنى قيمة تعويضية، وعلى العميل الحرص على مقتنياته واغراضه الشخصية قبل البدء في الغسيل.
• السيارات الفارهه او التي تحتاج إلى عناية خاصة سواءً (المعدلة، المغطاه بطبقة حماية، المصبوغة بألوان تجميلية.. الخ) يجب ابلاغنا عبر الدعم الفني قبل البدء بالغسيل وذلك لعمل اللازم والتنسيق مع مقدم الخدمة.
• نأخذ بعين الاعتبار أي ملاحظات على الخدمة يتم تقديمها لخدمة العملاء أثناء تواجد مقدم الخدمة في الموقع، و تنتهي ونخلي مسؤوليتنا بعد ذهاب مقدم الخدمة من موقع العميل،

تمتلك تطبيق لوز حرية التصرف في تحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه في أي وقت. لذا نحث المستخدمين على مراجعة سياسة الخصوصية بشكل متكرر للاطلاع على أي تغيرات بحيث يكونوا على علم بما نقوم به في سبيل حماية البيانات الشخصية. وان يقر ويوافق المستخدم على مسئوليته في مراجعة سياسة الخصوصية هذه بشكل دوري وإدراكه للتعديلات.

Booking an appointment: An appointment option is available only for polishing requests that require a prior booking.
Quick service: which is only for washing requests. The service is currently available in Riyadh and covers most of the eastern and northern Riyadh neighborhoods. We can uniquely provide the fastest car wash service coming to your place for your car. Once you send your request, we will directly head to you. We may face some delays in coming to your site up to one hour on weekends, so it is preferable to send your request in advance.
Quick service prices are as follows: Sedans for 35 riyals, SUVs and family cars for 45 riyals.
The service includes:
· External washing: completed in two stages, the first stage is by washing with a special car washing shampoo to remove dust and dirt with no stains and traces of soap and prevents the occurrence of scratches and washing spots. The second stage is by using a waterless material to increase cleanliness, enhance gloss and reduce dust adhesion to the car surface.
· Interior decoration cleaning.
· Interior vacuuming.
· Front pedestals bagging.
· Tires polishing.
· Garbage bag.
· Perfuming.
· Soft microfiber towels are used for washing and drying, which prevent scratches, unlike the usual towels.
· The service does not include washing car mattresses, roof and floors.
· The service does not include removing the remnants of the protective films from the car body.

How would I know my car size?
· The small car: includes small sedans, the hatchback, Accent, Elantra, Corolla, Sunny and those of its size.
· The medium car: includes the bigger Sedans, Camry, Accord, Sonata, and those of its size. It also includes luxury sedans, Lexus BMW Mercedes... etc.
· The big car: includes SUVs with all its types and family cars.

Working Hours:
· Service requests can be received from 9 am till 11 pm. Any order after 11 pm will be scheduled on the next day, and you will be contacted in the next morning.

Disclaimer:
· The application management and the service provider are not responsible in any manner for any losses inside the car. In case of loss, neither the application nor the service provider will bear any minimum indemnification. The customer shall take care of his belongings and personal items before starting the washing service.
· We must be informed about the luxurious cars or those that need special care (whether modified, covered with a protective layer, dyed with cosmetic colors... etc) through technical support before starting the washing service in order to do the necessary and to coordinate with the service provider.
· We take into consideration any comments on the service that is being provided to the customer service while the service provider is on the site. Once the service provider leaves the customer's site, our service ends and we disclaim our responsibility.

Looz application has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. The customer shall acknowledge and approve by his sole responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically to be aware of the modifications.
Approval on Terms of Service:
Using Looz application shall be deemed as your approval on our privacy policy, terms and conditions that guide the use of this application.
